Keep rotating two PokГ©mon weak to Wild Charge (Water or Flying-types), reviving each one after theyвЂ™re fainted. Another way to win, if things are looking dire, is to let Zacian Wild Charge itself to death. To defeat Zacian, you can use ZamazentaвЂ™s Behemoth BashвЂ“itвЂ™ll only do neutral damage, but itвЂ™ll benefit from STAB. Once youвЂ™ve impeded Zacian, youвЂ™ll then have a fighting chance. Otherwise, you could give your PokГ©mon the Choice Scarf from the Hammerlocke/Ballonlea Old Letter quest. If youвЂ™re lucky, you may have an Electric-type that can naturally outspeed Zacian. The safest way to handle Zacian is to find a way to outspeed it and inflict an ailment, like paralysis. This can be an extremely difficult battle, but dont lose heart! You could even use Will-O-Wisp to burn it, reducing its damage output.

DonвЂ™t want to use Zacian? Go for a Fire-type, especially a special attacker. Not only does it deal super-effective damage, it ignores ZamazentaвЂ™s Defence buffs. If playing Sword, youвЂ™ll have a much easier time. This is probably a good time to send out your own Legendary PokГ©mon. You already fought it beforehand, but now youвЂ™ve got to deal with its stronger Crowned form not to mention your team is probably weakened by HopвЂ™s other PokГ©mon. Of note, Inteleon has Ice Beam (good against Grass), Rillaboom has High Horsepower (good against Fire) and Cinderace has Gunk Shot (high damage).ДЇinally, Hop will unleash his Legendary PokГ©mon. Since his starter is high Level, thereвЂ™s a higher chance they might survive a super-effective hit and/or outspeed you. When you reach HopвЂ™s starter, send out your starter, but be mindful if theyвЂ™ve taken damage beforehand. Otherwise, itвЂ™s stil got STAB moves and Swagger. Swap over to physical moves if this happens (or use Brick Break). Instead of Scary Face, it can use Light Screen to protect its party from special moves.

Moving on, weвЂ™ve got Corviknight, which has learned a new trick. Despite the threat of Liquidation, Ground-types are ideal (unless theyвЂ™re Rock and Ground). It can use Zing Zap for STAB, Poison Jab to hurt Grass and Fairy-types and Liquidation to punish Ground-types. That said, itвЂ™s not quite as bulky as Snorlax, so two hits should do the trick. Pincurchin has added Recover to its moveset, so it can potentially heal itself. Again, go with Fighting-types if you can.

As usual, Snorlax has considerable bulk, so it might take a while to defeat, but this one canвЂ™t heal itself (although Hop may use a Full Restore). None of them are STAB moves, but they can still hurt if theyвЂ™re super-effective. HopвЂ™s Snorlax can use Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Heavy Slam and Crunch. Ghost-types can also avoid everything it throws. Fighting-types would be great or any special attacker in general.

For attacks, it has a mean Double Edge, plus Double Kick so even Rock and Steel-types canвЂ™t relax.

So this will be a real test of your skills! Unless youвЂ™re really confident or a glutton for punishment, we recommend adding Zacian or Zamazenta to your party, to give yourself a much needed edge.ДЇirst is the warm up! The first six Collection Challenges are available through the entire event and include rewards such as XP, a Lure Module, and an Incubator, as well as encounters with Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and Meltan. The PokГ©monTCG crossover event features nine different Collection Challenges of varying levels of difficulty.
